Groups outline 2014 policy priorities At least three associations welcomed the New Year by spelling out what policies they intend to champion in 2014. Of the three, the National Association of Federal Credit Unions had the most extensive list, naming 12 policy priorities it plans to pursue during the next several months. They range from protecting credit unions' federal tax exemption to opposing the lowering of debit card swipe fees. "‘Enough is enough' is NAFCU's rallying cry for 2014," NAFCU CEO Dan Berger said.
